Our Story
It all began with a simple goal: we wanted to build a highly efficient, asset-light logistics company that handled B2B shipments between the cities of Addis Ababa and Hawassa in Ethiopia. We envisioned a seamless service, but the reality of the road was different. We found ourselves caught in a cycle of manual coordination, fragmented communication, and a lack of transparency that made "efficiency" feel impossible.
We realized we were at a crossroads. We could either buy our own fleet of trucks to guarantee our customers a reliable service, or we could keep struggling with a messy, manual market. Instead, we chose a third path: we built the infrastructure we wished we had. Loadgistic was created because we realized that for us (and everyone else) to succeed, the industry didn't just need more trucks; it needed a digital foundation. We built this platform to turn the "logistics mess" into a coordinated network where transporters, agents, and businesses can finally work together with total clarity.
Our Solution
Loadgistic provides the digital tools needed to orchestrate modern road-freight logistics for every player in the ecosystem:
Transporters: Truck owners can manage fleets, share real-time availability, and access STL or FTL loads that match their vehicle type, capacity, and market proximity—reducing empty trips and keeping goods moving.
Logistics Providers: 3PLs and freight agents can plan and coordinate shipments on behalf of shippers, whether on-platform or off-platform, with full visibility and control.
Businesses: Shippers can work directly with verified transporters or partner with experienced freight agents, ensuring they pay only for the capacity they need and that their goods reach their destination reliably.
